Guzman y Gomez is Australia's first and most awarded fast casual Mexican restaurant concept. Our branding is completely original – our menu and recipes are authentic and exclusive to GYG.

Our mission is to deliver fresh, quality Mexican food fast - in a contemporary environment that emphasises the customer experience.

Upon opening our first site in October 2006 (Newtown, NSW), we quickly developed a loyal following which lead to our expansion to the current 5 company owned stores operating in both food courts and as licensed "in line" stores (serving Mexican beers, a variety of margaritas, and tequila).

We are now looking to partner with franchisees that are as passionate about Mexican food and Latin culture as we are. Food industry experience is helpful, but by no means necessary. We feel it's the understanding of customer service, commitment to quality and passion that will lead to success.
