Guzman y Gomez founder Steven Marks' love of Mexican cuisine grew from a young age with each meal he enjoyed at the homes of his closest friends.
His exposure to wonderful Mexican tastes at such a young age forged a desire to share this authentic experience with those who otherwise might miss out. So after arriving here, Steven decided to introduce original Mexican cuisine to Australians. Guzman y Gomez, named after two of Steven's childhood friends, was born.
