Chicken Guerrero

Tender chicken thigh fillets marinated in GYG’s Guerrero marinade and then grilled to perfection.

Our Chicken Guerrero is served as both a mild and spicy (with a splash of Chipotle marinade and Tomatillo salsa) menu option.

Steak Chipotle

Tender Aussie flank steak trimmed and marinaded in GYG’s spicy Chipotle marinade and grilled to medium.

Beef Guerrero

Succulent beef is marinaded in GYG’s mild Guerrero marinade, and slow roasted for up to 5 hours and then hand shredded.

Pork Chipotle

Tender pork shoulder is marinaded in GYG’s Chipotle marinade and slow roasted for up to 5 hours and then hand shredded.

Barramundi

Sustainably farmed Barramundi fillets are marinaded in GYG’s Mojo de Ajo marinade, and sautéed to crispy perfection.

Farm Fresh Veggies

Sautéed, mildly seasoned capsicum, onion and mushroom, served with Guacamole.

White Rice

Our steamed white rice is prepared using Mexican spices, coriander and slightly seasoned to taste.

Brown Rice

A healthier alternative to traditional white rice, brown rice has less carbohydrates and triple the amount of fibre than white rice.

Vegetarian Black Beans

Simmered vegetarian black beans with a blend of herbs and spices then salted to taste.

Guacamole

Our Guacamole is made fresh daily in the restaurant using ripe avocados, freshly diced red tomatoes mixed with Spanish onions, coriander, diced jalapeños and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Tomatillo (Spicy)

A bold, green salsa made from tomatillos, chillies, onions, garlic and coriander.

Roasted Tomato (Mild)

Charred Roma tomatoes, onions, Anaheim chillies, garlic and lime juice, and topped with fresh Pico de Gallo salsa.

Pico de Gallo (Mild)

Freshly diced tomatoes and Spanish onions, coriander, and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Jack Cheese

Animal rennet free, finely shredded Jack cheese.
