The Day of the Dead, known as ‘Día de los Muertos’ in Spanish, is one of the most vibrant and captivating celebrations in Mexican culture. This ancient tradition happens each year on and around the 2nd of November. Families honor the memories of departed loved ones by inviting them back for a joyful reunion with the living. It’s an opportunity for family and friends to gather together, share stories, and celebrate the lives of their loved ones.
It’s a special day at GYG and our crew go all out to celebrate this unique cultural event. This year we’re joining in this wonderful celebration by decking out our restaurants with colourful decorations.
