Classic burrito

Arguably GYG's most popular Mexican dish, the humble burrito delivers real Mexican flavours this side of the Pacific. Enjoy a generous combination of delectable fillings hand-wrapped in a fresh soft tortilla.


Think of a fajita as a Burrito 2.0. We take your favourite regular burrito and add freshly sautéed capsicum, zucchini, cabbage and corn, plus a drizzle of vinaigrette and crema.

The word ‘Enchilada’ literally means ‘to decorate with chilli’. And that’s what we do! We take your favourite regular burrito and top it with salsa, crema, guacamole and melted jack cheese to take it to the next level of flavour.

Feel like a burrito but don’t want to go the whole Enchilada? Try your favourite burrito or fajita in a bowl! You’ll get all your favourite fillings, without the tortilla – perfect for anyone looking for a lighter option. 


Soft shell tacos

If there’s one taste that will transport you to “Me-hi-co”, it’s our tacos. Served street-style, you’ll feel like you’ve just rolled up to your favorite taqueria. Sink your teeth into them! 

Hard Shell Tacos

This legend features a crisp-fried corn tortilla to give you that bit of crunch when you need it - it’s like having corn chips and tacos at the same time. 



If there was one food that says ‘party’, it’s nachos. We take our house-made corn chips and load them up with the filling of your choice, black beans, Australian Jack cheese and top it off with our delicious guacamole and Pico de Gallo. 



Pronounced ‘ke-suh-dee-uh’, Quesadillas are the toastie of Mexico. We take a soft corn tortilla and sandwich your favorite fillings inside with Australian Jack Cheese, then grill it to melted perfection.

If you’re feeling like something lighter, we’ve also mastered the art of making salads. Using a range of fresh vegetables, we add an extra flavour-hit to your salad by topping it off with your favourite filling.

Churros with Dulce de Leche*

Feeling like something sweet to finish your meal? Try our Churros. We quickly fry churros to order, so they're perfectly hot and have just enough crunch. We then roll them in cinnamon sugar and serve with GYG’s own indulgent Dulce de Leche dipping sauce.

Grilled Chicken (Mild or Spicy)

After sourcing the best chicken, we hand-rub fresh-cut thigh and drum fillets with GYG’s delicious Guerrero marinade then char-grill and cut to order.

Our Spicy Grilled Chicken is served with a splash of Chipotle marinade to give it that extra kick.

If you want to take your chicken to the next level, try it with pickled jalapenos or a little bit of spice from our Smoky Chipotle Salsa. If you’re a spice lover, get hotter with our Habanero Salsa.

Pulled Pork Chipotle (Spicy)

Good pulled pork takes time. We quickly pan-sear pork shoulder and then slow-cook it for hours until it’s so tender it falls apart. We then hand-pull the meat and season it with our delicious Chipotle marinade, a spicy, smoky, Mexican barbeque sauce.

Our Pulled Pork Chipotle goes great with pickled jalapenos and our Habanero Salsa, or our Smoky Chipotle Salsa, if you want even more smoky goodness. 

Grilled Steak Chipotle (Spicy)

We get our Aussie steaks expertly trimmed before hand-rubbing them down with GYG’s Chipotle marinade to give them that spicy, smoky, barbeque flavour. We then char-grill and dice to order.

Get an extra kick with pickled jalapenos and our Habanero Salsa, or keep smokin’ it up with our Smoky Chipotle Salsa.

Slow Cooked Beef (Mild)

We get that melt-in-your-mouth goodness by slow-cooking a careful blend of choice cuts until tender. We then hand-pull and season with our Guerrero marinade to give you a full-yet-mild flavour.

We suggest trying our Slow Cooked Beef with our Roasted Jalapeno Salsa to keep it mild, or our Smoky Chipotle Salsa for a bit more spice.

Pan Seared Barramundi (Mild)

If you’re after something light and fresh, try our Pan Seared Barramundi. We hand-cut Barramundi fillets, then pan-sear them until golden. We then finish them off with our delicious garlic-chilli-lime Mojo de Ajo sauce. Yum!

Try it with our Roasted Jalapeno Salsa and coriander. They complement this dish perfectly - if we do say so ourselves.

Sautéed Vegetables with Guacamole (Mild)

Vegetarian? No hay problema! We quickly sautée seasonal Australian vegetables and serve with our fresh, house-made Guacamole.

Try it with our Roasted Jalapeno Salsa, or our Smoky Chipotle Salsa for added spice.
