At GYG the safety of our crew and guests has always been our No 1 priority.

We’ve had some incredible feedback from our guests lately thanking us for the additional precautions we have taken to keep everyone safe at this time. Here is everything we are doing that you can share with your friends and family who want to dine in with us over the coming months.

Whether via our drive-thru, dining room, take-out, or delivery, it’s safe to eat with GYG.

GYG Safety and Hygiene Promise

Masks & Social Distancing when coming inside.

All our crew are wearing masks to ensure the safety of our guests and other crew members. Unless you are seated in the restaurant, we ask that all guests wear facemasks & observe social distancing measures when ordering and waiting for their food.

Gloves

All crew are handwashing and changing gloves at a minimum EVERY HOUR. And more frequently when required to do so.

Increased Sanitization

Increased frequency and sanitization of both back of house and guest areas. You can dine in with us knowing that our dining room is clean and highly sanitized and safe for you and your family.

Guest Hand Sanitizer

We have hand sanitizer available at the entry to our restaurant for all guests to use on arrival and departure.

Table Social Distancing

Our dining room tables have been rearranged to 6-feet apart in-line with current city requirements.

We’ve used tape to mark our floors to help everyone keep a safe 6-feet apart.

Daily Crew Health Checks

All crew have their temperature checked and sign on before starting each shift. Any crew showing signs of illness are not attending work until they are symptom-free.

Delivery Bag Stickers

Secured all pickup and delivery order bags to ensure tamper-proof seals. If your sticker is ripped or you are unhappy with your delivery order just call us and we’ll remake your order.

Contactless Payment

Order ahead at www.guzmanygomez.com. Choose your pick-up time, make payment online, and collect via our drive-thru for contactless ordering.

Closed Our Salsa Station

We have closed our self-service salsa station and are fulfilling condiment requests from the kitchen. Simply ask our staff whilst ordering and we will add it to your meal.
